I have taken a new spy video of the facelifted BMW 7 Series during winter tests in Scandinavia. The 2026 BMW 7 Series G70 LCI is getting a extensive facelift with huge updates.
BMW is preparing the current 7 Series for an elaborate and very extensive facelift. Heavily camouflaged prototypes show major changes to the interior and exterior. Obviously, virtually nothing remains the same at the front and rear end of the BMW 7 Series.
The prototypes of the BMW 7 Series LCI facelift show completely new radar sensors in the grille, in the windscreen and also in the position of the cameras. If the windscreen is also changed with a facelift, then that is a major intervention. However, BMW seems to be changing the entire front of the 7 Series. The grille is also completely new, as is the position of the headlights. The two-part headlights of the 7 Series no longer exist in the facelift. The rear is also completely new and will also be heavily revised. In future, the rear camera will be positioned relatively centrally in the boot lid. The rear lights will also be changed, but these prototypes do not yet have the production-ready graphics.
