Think your BMW M2 is fast? Wait until you see this fully built E92 M3 tear up the Nürburgring! In this video, my mate Ian hands me the keys to his seriously sorted E92 M3 track weapon—complete with a high-revving S65 V8, top-tier suspension, and all the right mods.

After a walkaround and build breakdown, I take it out for a few warm-up laps before lining up against his friend’s equally wild E92. Cue the V8 duels, the sideways moments, and that unmistakable scream past Schwedenkreuz.

Driving this car reminded me why the E92 M3 is still such a cult favourite—it might be a generation old, but it still rips. Especially when compared to the newer F80 and G80 M cars, which sometimes trade edge and feel for raw speed and refinement.
