Can a 68hp Citroen C1 REALLY overtake a #bmwm3 on the #nürburgring?

Ahh yes, the mighty C1 racecar is back in fighting form, this is from one of my last Nurburgring Nordschleife laps of 2024, chasing down what I think is an E36 M3, but might have been a 325i. Who knows?
